Another glorious Monday morning filled with refreshing garden work… I’m sure that someone really had that day today! I did not! But I learned a lot!
For example, I now know that if you acciedentally mow down wild strawberries, they might be gone (even if you don’t know it yet, I’m sorry for your loss, honey!) Another thing I noticed is how many cherries and apples we have this year… at least I think that the small red balls are cherries and the slightly larger yellow-red ones will become apples. You might notice that I am a gardener extraordinaire.
But I really did something nice, too. I took a terracotta pot, placed it on our terrace right next to my office window, and planted a bunch of lavender. If I now turn my head to the right by 95° (yes, I checked it), I can see my baby-lavender. That is quite an achievemnt for my non-existent gardening skills.
